Genevieve is a graduate of Oshio College and a licensed and registered Acupuncturist specializing in Internal Medicine and the Circulatory and Lymphatic System. Integrating her diverse training and experience, she provides specialized care for individuals experiencing edema, water retention, and cancer-related conditions such as lymphedema. She also supports immune system function and treats circulatory concerns including varicose and spider veins, poor circulation, and cold sensations in the extremities. Each treatment is carefully tailored to the individual’s condition and health goals to ensure safe, supportive, and effective care. Complementary modalities such as acupressure, cupping, and Gua Sha may be incorporated alongside acupuncture to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Genevieve brings comprehensive experience in Gerontology, Palliative Care, Oncology Care, Lymphatic Therapy, and trauma recovery. Over the course of 15 years as a palliative care provider, she developed a deep understanding of the circulatory and lymphatic systems, as well as the body’s intricate healing processes. She was raised in Montreal in a family that valued wholesome nutrition, laughter, and natural medicine. Both of her parents are natural health practitioners who own and operate a clinic in Montreal. Growing up immersed in this healing environment inspired her to pursue a lifelong career in holistic health. Before settling in Victoria, Genevieve spent many years traveling the world, deepening her understanding of natural medicine through hands-on learning and cultural exchange in Africa, South America, and other regions. These experiences broadened her perspective and enriched her approach to healing. Drawn to the depth and sophistication of Traditional Chinese Medicine—one of the world’s oldest continuously practiced systems of medicine—she enrolled at Oshio College of Acupuncture and Herbology. She graduated and became a Licensed Acupuncturist and went on to complete the Doctorate Program in Traditional Chinese Medicine, further advancing her clinical expertise. She now maintains a well-established and growing practice.
