Dr. Joe graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and then completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. His chiropractic clinic includes manual adjustive techniques and various soft tissue techniques. He also focuses on exercise, diet, and nutrition as key components of a healthy lifestyle. As a former hockey, lacrosse and rugby player, he understands how these and other activities can impact your body. He hopes to educate the community on the benefits of preventative health care and therapies that can help patients avoid injury and improve strength.
