Dr. Adam Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Brock University. While volunteering at a local chiropractic clinic and football program his interest in pursuing a career as a chiropractor was cemented. Having a lifelong interest in athletics and human movement he went on to receive his Doctorate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). While in school he also became a certified Acupuncture provider through the McMaster Contemporary Acupuncture program. He is an active member of the community recently working as Team Doctor for the St. George Ravens hockey team of the GMHL. Dr. Adam utilizes a diversified evidence based chiropractic approach to assist every patient in their rehab and wellness goals. In his spare time, Dr. Adam enjoys spending his time with his wife, Anna, and his young son, Owen. He loves to stay active and enjoys playing hockey all year round, is an avid golfer, and advancing his techniques through continuing education.
