I also have extensive experience working with varsity, professional and national athletes through the rehabilitation process and ultimately helping them get back into competition. A little backstory I was born in Toronto and lived in Ontario for most of my life. I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and a Certification from York University in 2015. Two years later, I wanted to expand my skills further and finished a Diploma of Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Four years ago, I left the Toronto area and now call New Westminster my home. Outside the clinic You can catch my outside playing tennis or walking my dog Alfie or inside trying out a new recipe, playing a video game or yelling at the tv when Arsenal FC are playing. I also enjoy being out on the water with my paddle board, exploring new places to eat and pre-pandemic, backpacking!
