A one-on-one assessment for men seeking support for pelvic health concerns. During this comprehensive evaluation, your physiotherapist will review your health history, discuss your symptoms and goals, assess movement and function, and develop an individualized treatment plan. Pelvic health physiotherapy can help with bladder and bowel concerns, urinary urgency or leakage, pelvic pain or pressure, constipation, sexual health concerns, and preparation for or recovery following prostate or other pelvic surgeries. Internal pelvic floor examinations may be offered when clinically appropriate and are always optional, based on your comfort and informed consent.
