Jonathan Bailey RMT – Registered Massage Therapist Jonathan is a Registered Massage Therapist who brings a thoughtful, movement-based approach to care. With a background in competitive athletics and formal training from Langara College, he understands firsthand how physical strain, injury, and stress can impact day-to-day life—and how targeted massage therapy can help restore balance and function. He uses a combination of deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques to support recovery and help clients move with greater ease. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with muscle tension, or looking to improve performance, Jonathan builds each treatment plan around your goals, and often incorporates simple exercises or lifestyle tips to support your progress beyond the table. Modalities Include: Deep Tissue Massage Myofascial Release Trigger Point Therapy Sports & Relaxation Massage Outside of the clinic Jonathan stays active through hockey, lacrosse, cycling, and weight training. He’s proud to have played lacrosse for Simon Fraser University and for Team China at the 2014 World Lacrosse Championship. His experience as both a therapist and athlete gives him a strong understanding of how massage therapy fits into an active, healthy lifestyle.
