I empower my patients to take control of their health through informed choices based on education of the root causes of their conditions and their internal profiles. In partnership with my patients, we work together to achieve meaningful results. A little backstory I grew up on the west coast in North Vancouver with the mountains, mossy forest and rainy days. However, I spent most of my days in an ice rink. I competed at the Canadian National Figure Skating Championships in Ice Dance from 2011 to 2013 but my skating career ended due to chronic groin and low back injury which would alter my life after sport. I struggled to walk, sleep, and do every day activities. Three years later, I ended up in a naturopathic doctors office to work on treating the root cause of my pain. I was so inspired by naturopathic medicine and all it had to offer that I applied to become a naturopathic doctor myself. Outside the clinic As a nature lover, I feel most at home hiking in the woods and spending time near the ocean. You may also find me hanging upside down dabbling in acroyoga or at the farmers market, buying organic and local ingredients.
