Meagan’s approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the understanding that physical, emotional, and social factors all influence recovery. She combines hands-on treatment, individualized exercise, education, breathwork, and movement-based rehabilitation to create treatment plans that are practical, empowering, and tailored to each person’s goals. She strives to create a welcoming, neuro-affirming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported throughout their care. Whether you are navigating pelvic floor concerns, recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or looking to return to exercise after pregnancy, Meagan is committed to helping you build confidence, resilience, and trust in your body. A one-on-one assessment for men seeking support for pelvic health concerns. During this comprehensive evaluation, your physiotherapist will review your health history, discuss your symptoms and goals, assess movement and function, and develop an individualized treatment plan. Pelvic health physiotherapy can help with bladder and bowel concerns, urinary urgency or leakage, pelvic pain or pressure, constipation, sexual health concerns, and preparation for or recovery following prostate or other pelvic surgeries. Internal pelvic floor examinations may be offered when clinically appropriate and are always optional, based on your comfort and informed consent. While these appointment categories are organized for ease of booking, the most appropriate service is based on your individual anatomy and pelvic health concerns. If you are unsure which appointment is right for you, please contact our team and we would be happy to help.
