Karina Little – MPT, BSc (Kin), Registered Physiotherapist Karina is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong foundation in Kinesiology and Sports Rehabilitation. Her approach is evidence-based and patient-centred, combining exercise-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, and education to support meaningful, long-term recovery. She is committed to helping clients find lasting solutions so they can return to the activities they love - and continue doing them with confidence. Karina has a particular passion for sports physiotherapy, along with a strong interest in women’s health, holistic rehabilitation, and running-related injuries. Her clinical training and extracurricular experience allow her to design individualized treatment programs that empower clients to restore function, prevent future injury, and perform at their best. Above all, Karina is dedicated to equipping her patients with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to move well, recover fully, and stay active long term. She welcomes and enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including elite athletes, recreational movers, and individuals who simply want to feel better and move with less pain in daily life.
