Dr. Sarah’s journey to chiropractic care started long before she ever stepped into a clinic. As a competitive dancer growing up, she became very familiar with injury, recovery, and the importance of good movement. But it wasn’t until she received chiropractic care after a car accident that everything clicked, she realized just how life-changing it can be to help someone move and feel better. From that moment on, she knew this was the path she wanted to follow. Dr. Sarah completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2022 and recently graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences in December 2025 as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Throughout her training, she developed a passion for evidence-informed, hands-on care that empowers patients to take control of their health. In practice, Dr. Sarah uses a blend of diversified chiropractic techniques, manual joint and soft-tissue mobilizations, activator-assisted adjustments, and customized home exercise and stretching programs. She also incorporates kinesiotaping, cupping, muscle scraping, and offers custom orthotics to further support recovery, movement quality, and long-term function. She believes in getting to the root cause, rather than just chasing symptoms, so that patients experience longer-lasting relief and a better understanding of their bodies. Her Her philosophy is simple: movement is medicine, and everyone deserves to move with confidence. Sarah enjoys working with patients of all ages and has particular interests in sports injuries, pediatrics, and pregnancy care. She’s dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and motivated to reach their goals. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her on the golf course, crocheting something cozy, binge-watching her latest TV obsession, baking up a storm, or spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs. Dr. Sarah looks forward to helping you feel your best; one step, stretch, and adjustment at a time.
