Natalie Kirmayr is a Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and later completed a postgraduate specialization in Sports Physiotherapy before moving to Canada to expand her professional journey. Licensed in British Columbia since 2016, Natalie has worked in a variety of clinical settings treating sports injuries, motor vehicle accident cases, post-surgical rehabilitation, concussions, and complex musculoskeletal conditions. She has completed concussion training with CCMI, including vestibular and visual rehabilitation components as part of comprehensive concussion care. Throughout her career, Natalie has developed a strong interest in the connection between physical symptoms, stress, and nervous system regulation. This led her to pursue certification as a Functional Breathing Therapist. Today, Natalie integrates her extensive hands-on physiotherapy background with evidence-informed breathing strategies to help patients manage stress-related conditions, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, enhance recovery, and build long-term resilience. Her approach focuses on identifying root causes and empowering patients with practical tools they can apply independently in their daily lives. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys crafts, sushi nights, and exploring trails and playgrounds with her daughter, husband, and their dog, Boulder.
