Joseph brings valuable experience from his background as a physiotherapy assistant, where he developed a strong interest in helping people recover from pain and injury. That experience inspired him to pursue massage therapy so he could take a more hands-on role in supporting his clients’ health and recovery. Joseph enjoys working with clients who are dealing with lingering injuries or chronic discomfort. He takes a thoughtful approach to identifying underlying pain patterns and addressing the root causes of tension in the body. While Joseph is skilled in therapeutic work, he also values the importance of relaxation. He enjoys incorporating relaxation techniques into his treatments and believes that even lighter pressure can create a deeply calming and restorative experience for his clients.
