Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University. With over 25 years of experience in private practice in Guelph, she brings extensive clinical knowledge and a deep passion for helping others move and feel their best. A former member of Canada’s National Team and an inductee into the University of Toronto’s Athletic Hall of Fame, Teresa has a strong background in orthopedics and sports injuries. She was part of the Canadian Wrestling Team’s medical staff at the 2004 Athens Olympics, an experience that deepened her commitment to high-performance care. Teresa is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT) and holds certifications in Sports Physiotherapy and Integrated Dry Needling (IDN). She combines evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, athlete-informed approach to recovery and performance.
