Dr. Spencer is a licensed naturopathic physician currently welcoming new patients at Aurora Health & Wellness in Langford. Education: She has completed 8 years of post-secondary education including earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree with a Minor in Chemistry, where she also competed on a university soccer scholarship in the USA, followed by attending the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine to earn her ND title in New Westminster. Approach: Dr. Spencer’s passion is to connect with her patients and to tailor individualized, evidenced based treatment plans to help them with a variety of acute and chronic health concerns. She believes in a team-based approach, which includes working with other health care providers, and empowering & educating patients to be active members in their own healthcare plan. She offers a variety of treatment options including: clinical nutrition, natural health product advice, botanical medicine, laboratory assessment, acupuncture, naturopathic manipulation, lifestyle counselling and when required, prescription medication.
