Shortly after graduating her love for the outdoors lead her to British Columbia where she practiced Massage Therapy for 4 years at Whistler’s Scandinave Spa. Due to the athletic nature of the clients, she gained experience in sports massage, perfecting the balance between relaxation and therapeutic techniques. Since returning to Ontario, her practice has focused around relieving workplace strain and postural imbalances through an assortment of Swedish Massage and compression techniques.
