Stop guessing. Start rebuilding. Before getting back into exercise, this initial assessment is your starting point. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more supported in your body, this session meets you where you’re at. In this 1:1 assessment with Dr. Anita, we take a personalized, whole-body approach. We look at core function, alignment, joint mobility, muscle balance, and any areas of restriction that may be impacting how you move and feel. This isn’t about being “cleared” to exercise. It’s about understanding your body and building a plan that actually supports it. From there, you’ll move into our Strength 101 program, structured as a 4-session series designed to support consistency, progression, and lasting results so you can feel more connected, confident, and strong in your body.
