Dr. Anita’s earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Psychology from York University, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic from Northeast College of Health Sciences. As an ICPA-certified chiropractor trained in the Webster Technique, Dr. Anita enjoys working with children and mothers (pregnancy and postpartum). She also holds certifications in athletic taping, Sports & Human Performance, Integrated Needling, and MPS Scar Release Therapy. Her approach combines chiropractic care with movement-based rehab to enhance function and longevity. Outside the clinic, she enjoys playing volleyball, skiing, baking macarons, creating resin crafts, and spending time with family.

This alignment is a fundamental aspect of comprehensive birth preparation, emphasizing its importance for a positive and more comfortable birthing experience. Clients must have already had an initial consultation with PUSH's Chiropractor prior to booking this appointment. We recommended booking these birth prep appointments twice a week, for weeks 37, 38 & 39. Fee listed is for one 20-min session.
