Emily Parker (she/they) is a registered acupuncturist with Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Nova Scotia. In practice, Emily focuses on helping patients align body and mind using acupuncture needling, moxabustion, fire cupping, gua sha and tuina. She has a particular interest in resolving musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction by supporting patients’ nervous systems and encouraging deep relaxation. Emily graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy and the Hawaii Yoga Institute in 2014, and in 2025 completed a Diploma in Acupuncture from the Autumn Institute of Health. She has continued to expand her skills through additional training in TEAM diagnosis, Engaging Vitality and meditation. Emily also teaches and practices a meditative, movement-based style of yoga, and trains RMTs and RYTs in anatomy foundations and hands on assists. Outside of work, Emily can often be found hiking with her dog, Edi, or exploring her creative flow through ceramics. A thorough enjoy-er of tea and baked treats!
This appointment is for returning clients who have already completed their initial intake. Your session will include a brief check-in to review progress and any new concerns, followed by a personalized acupuncture treatment tailored to your current needs. Follow-up visits help reinforce your treatment plan, address changes as they arise, and support you in moving toward lasting balance and wellness.
