Adam Lariviere, RMT focuses on deep tissue, results-driven treatments designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support performance. His treatments often incorporate deep tissue techniques and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to help reduce adhesions, improve tissue mobility, increase circulation, and decrease discomfort. He is also pursuing further training in Active Release Technique (ART) and hot stone massage to continue expanding his ability to address soft tissue restrictions while offering additional therapeutic options. Adam is especially well known for his work with neck and upper shoulder tension, helping patients who have been dealing with persistent tightness or discomfort find meaningful relief. His approach is structured and intentional, addressing the root cause of discomfort—not just the symptoms. He also provides clear guidance on mobility and recovery strategies so you can continue improving between sessions.
