Landry’s journey with health and wellness started at a young age. She grew up as a high-level athlete competing in gymnastics and rugby at a provincial and national level. Through her years of sports, she developed an interest in the human body. Landry started her education in health and wellness at UFV in 2016 where she began her kinesiology degree. Through her studies, she discovered a passion for manual therapy and began pursuing her education to become an RMT. Landry finished her studies at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2019. Her background in sports continues to influence her treatments today. She uses her experience as an athlete to provide patients with a personalized treatment focused on functional movement and pain management. Landry has a wide variety of clinical experience including varsity and elite athletes, pre and post-natal, and injury rehabilitation.
