Summit Physio + Wellness

Hi, I’m Cassidy! I am a physiotherapist here at Summit Physio + Wellness. I have recently relocated back to Canada after spending two years in Australia, while completing my Master of Physiotherapy at Flinders University in Adelaide, SA. Prior to my move, I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary with a major in Mind Sciences. During these six years, I have developed a strong foundation in evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation. I have a particular interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related conditions, and helping active individuals return to work, sport, and everyday life with confidence. I believe in taking the time to understand each person's goals and creating individualized treatment plans that combine hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and education. I'm striving to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their recovery. I believe there is a larger picture to pain and I am excited to look towards furthering my education in holistic and nervous system health. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me golfing or travelling the world with my partner. We’ve recently been to Bali, spent a month in Vietnam and are planning a trip to New Zealand and the Philippines. When I'm around home, I love to spend time in the mountains, play board games, and relax with our two cats
