Dr. Haley Sherrard earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based care. She holds advanced certifications in Functional Integrated Acupuncture/Dry Needling, McKenzie Technique, Sports Science and Human Performance, and Whole Food Nutrition. Before chiropractic school, Dr. Sherrard attended St. Lawrence University, where she played NCAA tennis and served as the team captain, fostering her passion for optimizing movement, performance, and recovery. She has also represented Canada in tennis on the international stage at the Maccabiah Games, further solidifying her connection to athletics at a high level. During her studies, Dr. Sherrard gained hands-on experience as a Student Athletic Trainer, where she developed practical expertise in sports rehabilitation and performance care. Her approach combines manual therapy techniques with personalized rehabilitation strategies, ensuring everyone receives care tailored to their unique goals and lifestyle. While Dr. Sherrard has a particular interest in helping athletes of all levels perform at their best, her holistic approach also extends to anyone seeking to improve their movement, recover from injuries, or enhance their overall well-being. She addresses physical, functional, and lifestyle factors to create comprehensive care plans for a wide range of needs. Outside the clinic, Dr. Sherrard enjoys staying active through tennis, competing in HYROX events, and spending time with her dog, Finnegan.
