Alexia is a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals move better and return to the activities they enjoy. She completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) in Kinesiology at Trent University / Ontario Tech University and went on to earn her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Dalhousie University. Alexia has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation and takes an individualized, evidence-based approach to care. She believes in working collaboratively with her patients, combining hands-on treatment, exercise, and education to support long-term recovery and confidence in movement. She has completed AIM Level 1 and Dry Needling Level 1 courses, allowing her to incorporate advanced manual therapy and needling techniques into her treatment plans when appropriate. Patients can expect thorough assessments, clear communication, and a supportive treatment environment tailored to their goals.
