Ed Middleton has over 30 years of physiotherapy experience and is known for combining exceptional clinical skill with humour, warmth, and genuine presence. Patients often remark that he makes them laugh out loud while quietly helping them make meaningful, lasting changes in how they move and feel. Ed brings advanced manual therapy skills and a deep understanding of movement dysfunction to every session, with particular expertise in shoulder mechanics and athletic injuries. He has worked with everyone from weekend warriors to national and professional athletes, including serving as head physiotherapist for Canada’s national rugby league teams and as Chief Medical Officer for the Pacific International Judo Tournament. He is also certified in concussion management and has extensive experience with both acute injuries and chronic pain.
