About Me - I was born and raised in Hayfield, MN as the oldest of four siblings in a family of educators—both of my parents are teachers. Growing up, my days revolved around learning and play. Play meant high school football, basketball, and baseball, with football continuing into my college years. Years of athletics brought their fair share of injuries, which led me to seek care from a local chiropractor. That experience not only helped me recover and perform at a higher level, but also shaped my future career path. While my parents hoped one of us would follow in their footsteps as a teacher, I never envisioned myself as an educator in the traditional sense. However, I’ve found that teaching is a big part of my chiropractic practice. During every visit, my goal is twofold: to alleviate your pain and improve your performance, and to help you understand what’s causing the issue and how to prevent it from recurring. These days, my movement practice looks a bit different. I stay active by chasing around my two young sons, ages five and three, spending time in the weight room, or playing various sports. Outside of the clinic, you’re likely to find me in the kitchen experimenting with family recipes and trying to perfect old favorites. I’m passionate about helping others feel and move their best, and I look forward to working with you!
