Lindsay Goodman is a physiotherapist who believes that getting out of pain is only the beginning. The real goal is to get people back to doing what they love — feeling stronger, more capable, and confident along the way. Born and raised in Toronto, Lindsay has been active and involved in sport for most of her life. She started as a competitive dancer, went on to compete in bodybuilding in the figure category, and eventually became obsessed with golf. Strength training and conditioning have been a constant throughout her journey and remain a huge part of both her personal and professional life. With a background in kinesiology, personal training, and more than 10 years working as a physiotherapist, Lindsay brings a strong performance mindset to her practice. She has worked with professional athletes, high-level hockey & basketball players, Olympians, high level endurance athletes, competitive skiers & snowboarders, soccer players, and recreational athletes. She loves working with people who are motivated to push themselves — whether that means returning from an injury, improving performance, or simply continuing to do the things they love. Her approach is active, practical, and individualized. Lindsay combines strength training, movement analysis, hands-on treatment, and education to create rehabilitation programs that extend beyond the clinic and into real life and sport. Outside of the clinic, Lindsay is a mediocre but passionate golfer, a skier, a strength-training enthusiast, and a passionate Toronto sports fan. She loves competition, learning, and the process of getting better at whatever she takes on. That same enthusiasm and curiosity are at the heart of how she works with her patients.
