Kyra is a Certified Athletic Therapist under the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association (CATA) and a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences – Athletic Therapy program at Sheridan College. With a strong foundation in Strength and Conditioning, she has experience working with a wide range of clients, from high-performance athletes to individuals recovering from everyday injuries. She uses a holistic approach to rehabilitation, combining manual therapy, therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and TENS, and tailored strength and stretching programs to support recovery and performance. Client education is a core part of her practice—empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their healing journey.
