Hi, I’m Sam, a Registered Massage Therapist based in Vancouver, with a background in Physical Education and a strong interest in human movement, recovery, and functional health. My approach to treatment is client-centered and assessment-driven, with a focus on helping people move more comfortably and confidently in their daily lives. I believe effective treatment starts with communication and understanding each individual’s goals, lifestyle, and patterns of tension or discomfort. I incorporate a combination of therapeutic massage techniques, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, and movement-based care to support recovery, reduce pain, and improve overall function. Whether you are dealing with postural tension, stress, sports-related discomfort, or everyday aches and pains, my goal is to provide thoughtful and personalized care tailored to your needs. Treatments available in English and Korean. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing soccer, traveling, hiking, and staying active through outdoor activities.
