Hi, I'm Sam, a Registered Massage Therapist based in Vancouver, with a background in Physical Education and a strong interest in human movement, recovery, and overall well-being. My approach to treatment is client-centered and assessment-driven, with a focus on helping people feel and move more comfortably in their daily lives. I believe effective treatment starts with communication and understanding each individual's goals, lifestyle, and patterns of tension or discomfort. I incorporate a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, and movement-based care to help reduce pain and tension, support recovery, and improve overall comfort. Whether you are dealing with postural tension, stress, sports-related discomfort, or everyday aches and pains, my goal is to provide thoughtful and personalized care tailored to your needs. Treatments are available in English and Korean. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing soccer, traveling, hiking, and staying active through outdoor activities.
