Anny is a registered massage therapist. Anny completed her Massage Therapy education at the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at the University of Guelph Humber, as well as a diploma in Health, Wellness, & Fitness Program at Mohawk College. Anny is committed to applying her knowledge in human anatomy and physiology to deliver treatments that aim to relieve pain, optimize movement, and get you back to doing what you love. Experience: Anny utilizes a variety of different treatment techniques to help you achieve your goals. These include joint mobilizations, myofascial release, active release techniques, assisted stretching, and general Swedish massage. Anny can help relieve tension headaches, relax tight muscles, and decrease tissue restrictions from fascial adhesions and scars. She also offers the options of treating clothed, in sheets, or a combination of both. Anny’s commitment to health and wellness has influenced her treatment approach for patients, always advocating for active participation because motion is lotion, movement is improvement. She likes to stay active herself by participating in a wide variety of exercise classes, going for hikes in parks and local greenspaces. She also loves cooking and baking for loved ones, and going to local cafes, bakeries, and farmers markets on her days off.
