Kerry became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2021 after graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College. In 2023, she also became a Level 1 Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST). In 2024, Kerry studied under the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) to become a Certified Exercise Specialist. This commitment to ongoing education reflects Kerry’s philosophy of being a lifelong learner, constantly seeking new knowledge and techniques to better serve her clients. As a former high-level soccer player, Kerry won two Provincial Titles in 2010 and 2011. Her firsthand understanding of how pain and injury can profoundly impact one’s life informs her approach to client care. Embracing a client-first mentality, Kerry is passionately committed to guiding you through recovery and helping you maintain an active, pain-free lifestyle.
