**Career Motivation:** My main drive in this field is to help my clients express themselves through movement and educate them on long-term care for their bodies, whether that’s through adjusting their workout routine or adding specialized stretches. I found an amazing method of self-expression in dance, and I want to enable others to pursue that same self-expression by performing preventative maintenance and rehabilitating injuries. As a massage therapist, I love that I can help my clients keep moving with reduced pain. **Secret Superpower:** Inserting dad jokes into any conversation **Education, Clinical Skills & Certifications:** LMT - Lotus Professional College **Fun and Exercise:** I’m getting back into running after a few false starts. In the gym, I predominantly focus on weightlifting. I also love outdoor yoga classes. When I’m not working up a sweat, I feed my thirst for knowledge by reading and listening to podcasts, especially on my porch when the weather is nice. **Passion Project:** I love helping my clients get into deep stretches for better muscle releases. I’m currently pursuing a certification as a Human Movement Specialist through the Brookbush Institute.
