Initial appointment for one hour of massage therapy

A 75-minute appointment in which you and your provider will complete a head-to-toe assessment. We implement whole body pattern assessments combined with joint-by-joint analyses in order to create a complete picture of what your injury is AND what underlying issues are driving your pain. We will also investigate life habits including sleep, nutrition, and daily activity in order to create a plan tailored to your needs.
- Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (myofascial scraping).
- Cupping therapy for soft tissue and pain relief.
- Kinesiology taping for joint support and movement.
- Movement screening and corrective exercise (FMS/SFMA-based).
- Rehabilitation for persistent pain and complex movement dysfunction.
