Dr. Pamela Wilson is a chiropractor with over 12 years of experience in patient care. She brings a multidisciplinary approach to care, combining her training in contemporary medical acupuncture, manual therapy and functional movement to help patients recover efficiently and perform at their best. Dr. Wilson has specialized training in concussion management, soft tissue therapies (ART, Graston), and pre/post natal care. She offers comprehensive patient-centred treatment plans, tailored to each individuals goals and stage of life. As a certfied strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) she bridges the gap between rehabilitation and performance, helping patients safely return to activity and build resilience. Dr. Wilson employs evidence based care, and patient education. Whether treating acute injuries or supporting ongoing performance, Dr. Wilson is devoted to helping her patients, athletes and non-athletes alike, to move better, feel stronger, and live more actively. She is thrilled to be working side by side with the talented staff at Brock University Sports Medicine Clinic. Outside the clinic she can be found adventuring outdoors with her family, and staying active in all types of weather. Favourite hobbies include supporting her spirited redheaded children in their activities and sports - where she has become an expert in gear hauling, snack provision, and pretending she is not out of breath after every sprint to the car.
