After graduating from MH Vicars in 2021, Sam has been deeply committed to advancing her skills through continuing competency programs. She recently completed certifications in **Manual Lymphatic Drainage**, **Foot Reflexology**, and **Rapid Neurofascial Reset**. These modalities can effectively alleviate pain associated with conditions like sciatica, whiplash, migraines and knee dysfunction. Sam's passion for massage therapy stems from her personal journey of injury rehabilitation, right here at Core, which has given her insight and empathy for her clients' experiences. She tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs of every individual. Outside of her practice, Sam enjoys life on her acreage with her husband, raising their two adventurous children and a variety of animals.
