Brendan’s journey into holistic health feels almost destined—his father is a chiropractor, and his mother is a massage therapist, so the foundation for his passion was set long before he was born. His own health and fitness transformation sparked his desire to help others, leading him to earn his Certified Personal Trainer License with NASM. But it wasn’t long before Brendan realized that massage therapy complements training in powerful ways. After graduating from the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute, he began helping clients in a variety of ways, with a special focus on therapeutic deep tissue massage. This approach helps his clients move more freely and feel better in their daily lives. Brendan’s mission is simple: to help as many people as possible live pain-free and achieve a higher quality of life. His practice is built around each individual’s unique needs, always keeping this goal at the forefront. When Brendan isn’t working with clients, you’ll likely find him hiking, camping, exploring local coffee shops, or cold plunging in Colorado’s rivers—always embracing the adventure of life!
