Karl takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach to massage therapy, and treatments are thoughtfully designed to help people reach their goals - whether rehabilitating an injury, improving ease of movement, or reducing discomfort and pain. Each session begins with some questions and hands-on assessment, and may incorporate a variety of techniques, including Myofascial Release, Proprioceptive Facilitation, Deep Tissue Massage, and Joint Mobilizations. Because some assessment and treatment methods may involve movement, patients are asked to bring active wear to their session, like comfortable shorts and a tank top or sports bra. When not at work, Karl can be found gardening, playing music, adventuring outdoors, and spending time with family.
