Brittany is a graduate from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy with a Diploma of Massage Therapy. Brittany approaches her patients concerns through empathetically listening to her patients and addressing them using a variety of Swedish, Myofascial, Hydrotherapy, Remedial Exercise and stretching techniques . By releasing and manipulating soft tissue, pain and discomfort can be reduced, and patients can get back to living their active lives. Growing up in North Vancouver, Brittany has lived an active lifestyle through downhill skiing, equisport (horseback riding), rowing, soccer, and crossfit. She also enjoys many other casual activities like hiking, yoga and going for long bike rides on sunny days through this beautiful city of ours. Being so active is where she discovered she wanted a career in enhancing peoples experiences, whether they are vigorously training for competition, just casually enjoying activity or nursing an injury back to health, through reducing delayed onset muscle soreness, preventative maintenance or addressing injuries directly.
