Special interests: tension headaches, migraines, relaxation, and lower body treatments with a focus on enhancing leg mobility, strength, and recovery. I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness, and my interest in how the body works naturally led me to massage therapy—a career that brings both together. Through a blend of deep tissue and relaxation massage, I use effective techniques with a calming touch to ease tension, alleviate discomfort, and promote relaxation and overall wellness. Graduating from West Coast College of Massage Therapy gave me a strong foundation in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release—all of which I incorporate into my treatments to create a personalized experience for each client. Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me cooking, spending time with friends and family, or planning my next adventure. I look forward to working with new clients and helping them achieve their wellness goals through effective and restorative massage care.
