Dr. Taeganne Galger was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, where her lifelong passion for sports and movement began. She earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology in Human Kinetics from the University of Regina, where she also played on the Women’s Soccer Team. Her experiences as an athlete sparked a deep interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and optimizing performance. This led her to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. Taeganne’s treatment philosophy centers around education, movement-based interventions, and patient-centered care. She uses a variety of techniques—including spinal manipulation, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, cupping, and exercise rehabilitation—tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. She loves working with people from all walks of life—from athletes and desk workers to gym enthusiasts and anyone simply looking to move better and feel their best. Taeganne is passionate about empowering her patients with the tools they need to achieve long-term results and improve their overall well-being. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, playing soccer, strength training, and spending time with her two dogs, Kona and Kai.
