Krista graduated in 2006 from CDI College, Ottawa, ON in Massage Therapy. She has completed a B.A. from Queens University. Krista is specialized in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy through the Norton School in the US. She is very interested in the mindbody connection and is trained in Reiki, and she is a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor She runs, practices Pilates and Yoga, reads for pleasure/personal growth, and enjoys Mexican food.
