If you’ve been dealing with pelvic floor symptoms, pregnancy discomfort, or a postpartum body that doesn’t feel like yours yet — Camille gets it, and she can help. Camille Elden, MPT, BSc(HK), is a Registered Physiotherapist with post-graduate training in Pelvic Health Levels 1 and 2 (Pelvic Health Solutions), Pregnancy and Pelvic Girdle Pain, and Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal physiotherapy (CPA Orthopaedic Division). She treats pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic pain, and general musculoskeletal injuries for patients 16 and up — using hands-on therapy, cupping, and exercise programs designed around your real life, not a perfect one. She takes the time to explain what’s actually going on in your body, and she won’t rush you. This is the kind of care you’ll wish you’d found sooner. Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).

During your 45-minute initial physiotherapy appointment, your therapist will complete a detailed assessment to understand the cause of your pain or movement concerns. This includes a conversation about your health history and goals, a physical exam, and a review of any contributing factors. You’ll also receive an individualized treatment plan and guidance on next steps to help you move, heal, and feel your best.
