Meera Senjaliya, RPT – Registered Physiotherapist & Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist at Innova Integrated Wellness Centre Meera Senjaliya is a licensed Registered Physiotherapist (RPT) in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a proud member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She provides evidence-based, hands-on physiotherapy, incorporating manual therapy and mobilization techniques to help patients regain mobility, restore function, and build confidence in their daily activities. Meera has extensive expertise in musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation, offering both conservative management and post-operative care. She has completed Orthopaedic Division Level 1 training and continues to pursue advanced continuing education to enhance her clinical skills. Specializing in pelvic floor physiotherapy, Meera is certified to treat male and female urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. She believes in addressing the root causes of pelvic issues rather than simply managing symptoms, empowering patients to regain control and improve quality of life. Passionate about overall wellness, Meera advocates for a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition, regular exercise, and mind-body practices such as yoga. She also enjoys dancing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Meera is currently accepting new patients at Innova Integrated Wellness Centre in Mississauga, helping clients achieve their health, mobility, and wellness goals through personalized physiotherapy and pelvic floor care.
