I’m a chiropractor with a passion for helping people move better, recover fully, and feel strong in their bodies. My approach goes beyond short-term pain relief offering a minimum of 30 minute follow up sessions. I integrate manual therapy, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and progressive strength training to create lasting change. As a mom of two busy boys, I know firsthand how important it is to stay active, resilient, and adaptable. My own experience recovering from pregnancy, and most recently a shoulder injury, and returning to the activities I love has shaped the way I practice: care should be empowering, personalized, and built to support your lifestyle. Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me chasing my boys, moving outdoors, or exercising (Pilates, strength training, running and trail walks). My husband and I are also dabling in Pickleball, so maybe catch me on the court one day?? I believe movement is medicine, and I love sharing that philosophy with every patient I work with.
