Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Reflexology
Using the techniques of Integrative Reflexology developed by Claire Marie Miller. Integrative Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific points within the feet, hands, and ears to address issues throughout the body using Structural Alignment Theory, Zone Theory, Meridian Theory and Psychoneuroimmunology Theory. This deeply relaxing massage can be done while you are fully clothed
Lymphatic Drainage
This holistic therapy begins with a gentle body brushing using exfoliating gloves, which are yours to keep after the session. This initial step helps open up the lymphatic system, promoting the removal of excess fluids from the arms and legs. The treatment also includes the application of a soothing castor oil pack and targeted reflexology to further aid in the detoxification process. Experience a refreshing boost to your wellbeing with this comprehensive and nurturing treatment.
