Massage Therapy
**Custom Bodywork Therapy** is a personalized, hands-on session designed to meet your body exactly where it is. Each treatment blends therapeutic touch, assisted stretching, and targeted muscle release techniques to address areas of tension, imbalance, and restriction. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs—whether you’re recovering from physical strain, dealing with chronic tightness, or simply needing deep relaxation and reset. Using an intuitive combination of bodywork methods, breath awareness, and focused pressure work, I help support improved mobility, circulation, and overall body alignment. Optional tools such as a rapid tension relief massage gun may be used to further release tight or overworked muscles and enhance recovery. This is more than a standard massage—it’s a customized therapeutic experience designed to restore balance, reduce stress, and help you feel more connected and at ease in your body.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. Acupuncture activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) which is key to help your body heal itself. A key component of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management. Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as chi or qi (chee) — believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance.
