Dr. Udani, ND is a warm, compassionate, and patient-focused Naturopathic Doctor who is dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting, meaningful improvements in their health. Known for her attentive and supportive approach, Dr. Udani creates a welcoming space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their wellness journey. Dr. Udani focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of illness, rather than simply managing symptoms. Through comprehensive health history intake and thorough physical assessments, she gains a deep understanding of both the physiological and energetic factors contributing to her patients’ concerns. Her treatments are thoughtfully designed to address both aspects, supporting true, whole-body healing. She strongly believes that there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution to health. Each treatment plan is carefully individualized, tailored to meet the unique needs, goals, and lifestyle of every patient. Dr. Udani enjoys working with individuals from all backgrounds and is passionate about guiding patients toward sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes that support optimal health and vitality. Dr. Udani is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto in 2019 and has successfully completed the North American Board of Naturopathic Examinations (NPLEX I & II), as well as CONO’s Clinical Science and Practical Examinations.
