David's health and fitness journey started 10 years ago when his passion switched from high level hockey to helping people recover from injuries, get stronger, and take back control of their health. Having dealt with numerous injuries throughout his own career, David is able to relate and understand what people are going through when it comes to injury rehab. Shortly after graduating from the UBC school of Kinesiology in 2019, David launched Proactive Health with the vision of re-shaping the health and rehabilitation industry to a more holistic, movement based approach.
