RMT since 2001. I take a thoughtful, functional approach to care, incorporating movement, awareness, and a variety of techniques to help reduce pain and support lasting change. I have a special interest in low back pain, neck tension, headaches/migraines, and TMJ concerns, and may incorporate tools such as cold laser therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, joint mobilizations, breathwork, stretching, and gentle movement into your session. I believe our physical and emotional well-being are closely connected, and I aim to create a calm, supportive space within each session. Outside the clinic, I’ve spent many years working with horses and am a Certified Equine Canada Competition Coach. This experience has deeply shaped my approach, bringing a sense of presence, connection, grounding, and awareness into both treatment and my Nature & Equine Wellness sessions. Whether you’re looking for support with pain, stress, tension, or simply a space to slow down and reconnect, I look forward to helping you find the right balance. Together, we can create a treatment plan that supports what you need most.

Functional Massage Therapy – 60 minute Initial Visit (Clothed)

Functional Massage Therapy is a movement-based, assessment-driven approach to Registered Massage Therapy. Sessions focus on identifying and addressing joint restrictions, movement patterns, and the root contributors to pain or dysfunction. Treatment may include joint mobilizations, stretching, traction, breath-supported techniques, and targeted hands-on work. Sessions are performed with the client clothed to allow for ease of movement and a more dynamic treatment approach. When appropriate, focused hands-on techniques may also be applied directly to the skin. This approach is designed to create change without aggressive pressure and can be especially helpful for persistent or recurring issues. ***Please wear or bring shorts and a tank top, sports bra, or comfortable clothing that allows for movement.***. Don’t see a time that works? Feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to take a look for you.
