I believe massage therapy is key in helping preventing injuries from rehabilitation of major injuries, muscular/joint dysfunctions, every day bad posture, to even helping overall health and hormonal problems. I’m passionate in helping clients build regular treatment plans, to help guide them on a path to overall better health, which will help decrease stress, anxiety issues, improve better movement in normal day to day activity, help relieve-ate pain, and just overall help improve there health and wellness. I have a strong focus on fascial/stretching and my facial release, neuromuscular therapy, and deep tissue. With a combined therapy I try to make the end goal to see the clients overall functions and daily health goals achievable. I graduated from Makami College advanced clinical 3,000 hour massage therapy program in 2017, and I’ve been working as a full time massage therapist since. Since 2017 I’ve taken multiple courses to further my education such as TMJ, neuromuscular therapy, dynamic/myofascial cupping, and orthopaedic massage therapy. I’ve had the opportunities to work with minor professional MMA fighters, marathon runners, professional power lifters, minor pro gymnasts, also hockey, soccer, and tennis athletes. My goals and drive I bring with me to work, is to ensure my clients/patients can leave with overall better health and with helping them achieve there overall goals in health.
