Hi, I am Holly! I completed my Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and my Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) at the University of Alberta. My drive to help others achieve their goals and my fascination with the human body led me to a rewarding career as a physical therapist. To sum it up – I have a passion for people! I was born and raised in the Edmonton area and take great joy in giving back to our community through volunteer work and participation in local events. Providing exceptional quality care is my priority because I believe every individual deserves the opportunity to have their story heard and to achieve holistic well-being. I look forward to helping my patients reclaim the activities they cherish most. My therapeutic approach places the patient at the center of shaping their rehabilitation plan, recognizing that your understanding of your own body is paramount. I use a blend of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and comprehensive education to make the journey towards your goals both effective and engaging. I am passionate about working with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and women’s pelvic health. During my leisure time, you’ll often find me exploring hiking trails, scuba diving, enjoying yoga, or weight training in the gym. I love spending time with my family and lively pups, Gus and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
