Trevor graduated with honours from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). Trevor is no stranger to health care: prior to massage therapy, he worked as a paramedic in Vancouver for 18 years. Trevor has always had a passion for helping others, which led him to choose massage therapy as a new career path. During his time as an intern at the VCMT student clinic Trevor learned and applied an array of techniques including myofascial release, neuro-muscular techniques, deep tissue massage, and relaxation. In addition to these skills, Trevor has a keen interest in the effects of massage therapy on mental health, specifically that of first responders. Having worked in the pre-hospital setting for many years, Trevor can relate to the physical and mental demands of the job. Trevor is excited to learn and grow in his new career as a registered massage therapist. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, playing in a softball league, and is the drummer in a band.
